Stiblo Corporate Party

In 2017, Stibo Systems had their User Group Meeting at the College Football Hall of Fame. They wanted a stunning entrance that would wow their guests at this event.  We succeeded by using an astroturf carpet runner flanked with football player props and a large custom sign that was placed on top of an 8 foot metal truss system. Inside the main room, we covered all the tables in either black and white striped linens or solid blue linens. Each centerpiece had a football element or ode to the collegiate teams perfect for the College Football Hall of Fame. A special centerpiece was made for the buffet table using vases that had vinyl decals on them that spelled out the word “ S-C-O-R-E” with greenery coming out the top. In addition, a bar was made especially for this event that had a boxwood front with StiboSystems logo on the front. The entire feel and atmosphere of the space was completed and designed with a budget and short time frame in mind.
